Nadav, N.

The study investigates the mediating role of organisational learning mechanisms in the relationship between principals' systemthinking and collective teacher efficacy and senior management team innovation after accounting for students' socioeconomicbackgrounds. A four-source survey design was used, from a sample of 494 participants, principals, school management teammembers, and teachers, from 71 elementary schools. The results from structural equation modelling and bootstrapping analysisindicated that organisational learning mechanisms mediate the relationship between principals' systems thinking and collec-tive teacher efficacy and senior management team innovation. Theoretical and practical implications for teacher education arediscussed.
