The Research and Innovation in Higher Education Lab, established in 2022 by Dr. Annette Bamberger at Bar-Ilan University’s Faculty of Education, is dedicated to advancing rigorous research in higher education policy, administration, and leadership. By conducting critically oriented, theoretically informed, and empirically robust studies, our lab provides foundational analyses that advance socially just, innovative, and effective leadership within the higher education sector.Our lab strives to be a dynamic hub, fostering connections across the higher education ecosystem: academia, industry, civil society, and government. Through collaborative projects and critical dialogues, we aim to empower educational leaders and policymakers to drive innovative change in higher education.
