The Simulation Center HALEV team from the Faculty of Education at CHE University in the Netherlands
From June 2nd to June 6th, 2024, a visit took place by HALEV, the Simulation Center team from the Faculty of Education at CHE University in the Netherlands. This is the second visit conducted there as part of the ongoing development of a fruitful collaboration in the field of education and teacher training.
During the visit, the development of a proposal for a joint course, which will be held online in the second semester of the coming academic year, was initiated. The course topic is: "Similar Questions, Different Answers: Education in an International Perspective", and it is intended for undergraduate students and teaching certificate learners. The course is designed to be conducted online for students from both Bar-Ilan University and CHE University and will include asynchronous content for self-learning as well as joint synchronous meetings for learning that will include, among other things, online simulation workshops. The course will integrate theoretical and pedagogical knowledge with simulation-based learning, in accordance with the Halev Center's methodology.
