העניין אינו בהליכה בראש, כך תהיה לרועה על עדר, כי אם היכולת ללכת לעצמך, היכולת להיות שונה - ניטשה

א. מטרות הקורס (מטרות על / מטרות ספציפיות):

מטרת הקורס הנה הכרת ההיבטים השונים של הכשרת דור העתיד של מנהלי-מנהיגי מערכת החינוך. הקורס ידון בהרחבה באבני הבניין בהכשרת מנהיגות, אגב בחינת המכשלות העיקריות בתהליך מורכב זה. אופן ההוראה ישלב בין בחינת התיאוריות לבין יישומן בהקשרים מעשיים. תינתן לסטודנטים האפשרות לבחון את מרכיבי ואופני ההכשרה בתוכנית להכשרת מנהלים המתקיימת בביה"ס לחינוך באוניברסיטת בר-אילן.

מטרות הקורס בפירוט:

להכיר את הספרות העדכנית העוסקת בהכשרת מנהלים, הן מן ההיבט האקדמי והן מן ההיבט הפרקטי.
להכיר את אבני הבניין של הכשרת מנהלים.
לחשוף את המכשלות והקשיים בפיתוח מנהלים כמנהיגים.
לבחון את תפקידי המפקח בפיתוח מנהיגות.
לדון באפשרויות מגוונות לפיתוח מנהלים.
לבחון את תוכנית ההכשרה בביה"ס לחינוך לאור תהליכי פיתוח מנהלים בארץ ובעולם.

ב. תכנים מרכזיים בסמינריון:

נושא מס' 1 : מיון מועמדים להכשרת מנהלים במערכת החינוך

נושא מס' 2: תכני ההוראה בתוכנית הכשרת המנהלים

נושא מס' 3: הכשרת מנהלים באמצעות למידת עמיתים – פיתוח קהילת למידה מקצועית בשלבי ההכשרה.

נושא מס' 4: אימון והדרכה אישית בהכשרת מנהלים

נושא מס' 5: הדרכת מנהלים חונכים – אסטרטגיות ליווי ותמיכה

נושא 6: למידה מתוך בעיות ולמידה מתוך הצלחות בתוכנית ההכשרה

נושא 7: למידה אתגרית-חוויתית בתוכנית הכשרת המנהלים

נושא מס' 8: תוכניות להכשרת מנהלים בעולם בהשוואה לתוכנית הישראלית

נושא מס' 9: סוגיות בראשית הניהול- בעיות ואסטרטגיות לתמיכה

מהלך השיעורים:

שילוב בין בחינת התיאוריות השונות העוסקות בהכשרת מנהלים במערכת החינוך לבין יישומן בהקשרים מעשים, כלומר בחינת תוכנית ההכשרה בביה"ס לחינוך.

לקראת כל שיעור על הסטודנטים לקרוא את חומרי הקריאה, להתכונן לדיון על סמך מקורות אלו ולקחת חלק פעיל בשיעור.

בשיעורים ננתח את המידע העולה מתוך ראיונותיהם של הסטודנטים עם פרחי הניהול המשתתפים בתוכנית ההכשרה בביה"ס לחינוך.

ג. חובות הקורס:

נוכחות בשיעורים והשתתפות פעילה ובאופן קבוע בדיוני השיעור.
קריאה שוטפת של הפריטים הביבליוגרפים כהכנה לדיונים בשיעור. הדיון נסמך על ההנחה כי הסטודנטים קראו את חומר הקריאה, המפורט בהמשך, לפני השיעור.
ביצוע והגשת עבודה סמינריונית על אחד מהנושאים הנידונים בשיעורים.
