Special Education

Special Education is a one-course major and cannot be combined with other courses.
1. Objectives: The program is aimed at training students for research, and for teaching and educational work with children with a broad range of disabilities. Our graduates are trained to work with children with intellectual disabilities, children on the autism spectrum, children with physical handicaps, and children with sensory disabilities, and children with emotional or behavioral disorders. The curriculum includes professional training toward obtaining a Special Education Teaching Certificate from the Ministry of Education while providing academic research tools and skills.

ii. Research methodology
b. Disciplinary courses
i. Psychology and various forms of special needs
ii. Training in Special Education theory and practice
iii. Experiential workshops
iv. Three-stage practical training
3. Admission requirements:
a. Preference for candidates with Special Education teaching experience
b. Preference for candidates with teaching experience
